  • Perform final inspection and testing of electrical control systems using blueprints, schematics, and test equipment
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing results
  • Collaborate with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support product quality and process improvements
  • Provide technical assistance to Quality Control
  • Assist in developing test procedures and designing test fixtures
  • Train inspectors and production staff to reduce defects and rework
  • Participate in meetings and implement assigned action items
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the Quality Management System

 

Requirements

  • Degree or technical certification in an electrical discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in an electrical testing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Proficiency with electrical test equipment 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA 70, UL 508A)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
